Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- In a clean bowl, whisk egg whites until foamy.
- Add cream of tartar and continue whisking until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, whisking until stiff peaks form.
- Add vanilla extract and food coloring; mix gently.
- Transfer meringue to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Pipe tree shapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 1.5 hours or until dry and crisp.
- Let cool before decorating with sprinkles.
