- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and shape it into a Christmas tree.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
- Serve with crackers or vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños.
- This dip can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
