Description

A festive cheesecake that mimics the look of a Christmas tree.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Green food coloring
  • Red and gold sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in sour cream.
  5. Add green food coloring to reach desired color.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Let cool.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  9. Decorate with sprinkles before serving.
