A festive twist on the classic tiramisu, perfect for Christmas.
Ingredients

- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/4 cup coffee liqueur
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Dark chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, vanilla extract, and sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Combine brewed coffee and coffee liqueur in a shallow dish.
- Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture quickly.
- Layer half of the soaked ladyfingers in a serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder and add chocolate shavings.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- You can use decaf coffee for a caffeine-free option.
- Make it a day ahead for better flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
