Ingredients

- 4 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey.
- Heat over medium until it thickens slightly.
- Drizzle the balsamic reduction over the roasted Brussels sprouts.
- Top with walnuts and cranberries before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute other nuts or fruits.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- This dish can be made ahead and reheated.
