Ingredients

  • 100g whipped cream
  • 50g dark chocolate, melted
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
  3. Sift in flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold gently.
  4. Pour the batter into a lined baking tray.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until set.
  6. Turn the cake onto a clean kitchen towel and roll it up.
  7. Let it cool completely.
  8. Unroll the cake and spread whipped cream and melted chocolate.
  9. Roll it back up and dust with powdered sugar.
  10. Slice and serve.
