- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the stuffing by mixing stuffing mix with chicken broth and herbs.
- Stuff the turkey with the prepared stuffing.
- Rub the turkey with softened butter, salt, and pepper.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan with carrots, potatoes, and onion.
- Roast the turkey for 3-4 hours, basting occasionally.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
