 - 3 large eggs
 - 1 cup vegetable oil
 - 1 cup water
 - 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1 cup powdered sugar
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - Red and green sprinkles for garnish
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Prepare the red velvet cake mix according to package directions.
 - Bake in a 9×13 inch pan for 30-35 minutes.
 - Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes.
 - Poke holes in the cake using a fork.
 - Pour sweetened condensed milk over the cake, filling the holes.
 - In a bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
 - Spread the whipped cream over the cake.
 - Garnish with red and green sprinkles.
 - Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

- For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of cocoa powder to the cake mix.
