Instructions

- Prepare the turkey by cleaning and patting it dry.
- Stuff the turkey with stuffing and secure it.
- Rub butter over the turkey and season with salt and pepper.
- Place rosemary inside the turkey cavity.
- Roast in the oven for about 2 hours.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Let it rest for 15 minutes before carving.
- Serve with cranberry sauce.
