Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup cooked spinach, chopped

  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and pre-bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream.
  4. Add cheese, spinach, ham, onion, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to the egg mixture.
  5. Pour the filling into the pre-baked crust.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the quiche is set and lightly browned.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
