Description
A festive alcoholic punch perfect for Christmas gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bottle of red wine (750ml)
- 1 cup of brandy
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1 cup of cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 cups of sparkling water
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 cup of cranberries
Instructions
- In a large punch bowl, combine red wine, brandy, orange juice, cranberry juice, and sugar.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the sliced orange and lemon, and cranberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill.
- Just before serving, stir in sparkling water.
- Serve over ice in punch cups.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- For a stronger punch, increase the amount of brandy.
- Can be made a day ahead, just add sparkling water before serving.
