Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into cupcake liners in a muffin tin.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden.
- Let cool for 10 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for icing.
- Drizzle icing over cupcakes.
- Top with red and green sprinkles.
