- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 2 cups mixed dried fruits
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine dried fruits, apple cider, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, nuts, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
- Mix well until everything is coated.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- This pie can be made a day ahead.
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
