Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add granulated sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
  4. Add vanilla extract and vinegar, mix gently.
  5. Spread the meringue on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Create a shallow well in the center of the meringue.
  7. Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool inside.
  8. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  9. Once cooled, top the meringue with whipped cream and mixed berries.
  10. Garnish with mint leaves before serving.
