A festive meringue dessert topped with cream and seasonal fruits.

- 4 large egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add granulated sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Add vanilla extract and vinegar, mix gently.
- Spread the meringue on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Create a shallow well in the center of the meringue.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool inside.
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Once cooled, top the meringue with whipped cream and mixed berries.
- Garnish with mint leaves before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be made a day in advance.
