A festive pasta salad perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 cups rotini pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup mozzarella balls
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain pasta and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, mozzarella, and olives.
- Pour Italian dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
- Add fresh basil and mix gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
