  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, whisk butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fold in cranberries and walnuts.
  6. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
