Ingredients

- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions)
- 1/2 pound cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add cheese, vegetables, sausage, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- In a greased baking dish, layer the cubed bread.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Feel free to substitute vegetables or meats based on preference.
- This dish can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
