A selection of meats for your Christmas feast.
Ingredients

- 1 whole turkey (12–14 lbs)
- 1 ham (8-10 lbs)
- 2 racks of lamb (about 2 lbs each)
- 1 beef tenderloin (4–5 lbs)
- 3 cups of chicken broth
- 1 cup of red wine
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, sage)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by seasoning it inside and out with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and add chicken broth.
- Roast the turkey for about 3 hours, basting occasionally.
- While the turkey cooks, prepare the ham by glazing it with red wine and herbs.
- Cook the ham for about 1.5 hours.
- Season the lamb racks with salt, pepper, and herbs, and roast for about 25 minutes.
- For the beef tenderloin, season and sear in olive oil, then roast for 20-25 minutes.
- Let all meats rest before serving.
- Slice and serve with sides of your choice.
