- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine marinara sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce; heat until simmering.
- Add cooked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
