Ingredients
- Turkey – 1 whole (10-12 lbs)
- Stuffing – 4 cups
- Green beans – 1 lb
- Cranberry sauce – 2 cups
- Mashed potatoes – 4 cups
- Gravy – 2 cups
- Pumpkin pie – 1 whole
- Rolls – 12 pieces
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the turkey by seasoning it and stuffing it with stuffing.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Roast the turkey for about 3 hours, removing the foil for the last 30 minutes.
- While the turkey is roasting, prepare the green beans and boil until tender.
- Make mashed potatoes by boiling potatoes and mashing with butter and cream.
- Heat the gravy in a saucepan until warm.
- Serve the turkey with stuffing, green beans, cranberry sauce, and mashed potatoes.
- Finish with pumpkin pie and rolls for dessert.

- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- You can prepare the stuffing a day in advance.
