Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rub turkey with softened butter and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Roast for 3-4 hours, basting occasionally.
  6. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain.
