Ingredients

- 1 whole turkey (12–14 lbs)
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 4 cups vegetable stock
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rub turkey with softened butter and season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff turkey with stuffing mix.
- Place turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Roast for 3-4 hours, basting occasionally.
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain.
- Add cream to potatoes and mash until smooth.
- Steam green beans until bright green and tender.
- Serve turkey with cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, and green beans.
Notes
- Let turkey rest for 30 minutes before carving.
- Adjust cooking time based on turkey weight.
- Use leftover turkey for sandwiches or soup.
