Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon flavoring extract (peppermint, cherry, or vanilla)
- Food coloring (red, green, or white)
- Lollipop sticks
Instructions
- Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan.
- Heat over medium until sugar dissolves.
- Bring to a boil and cook until mixture reaches 300°F (hard crack stage).
- Remove from heat and stir in flavoring and food coloring.
- Pour mixture into lollipop molds.
- Insert lollipop sticks and let cool until hardened.
- Remove from molds and enjoy.
Notes
- Use different flavors for variety.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
