Instructions

  2. Heat over medium until sugar dissolves.
  3. Bring to a boil and cook until mixture reaches 300°F (hard crack stage).
  4. Remove from heat and stir in flavoring and food coloring.
  5. Pour mixture into lollipop molds.
  6. Insert lollipop sticks and let cool until hardened.
  7. Remove from molds and enjoy.
