A festive jelly perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of cranberry juice
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 packet of fruit pectin
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine cranberry juice and sugar in a large pot.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
- Add fruit pectin and stir well.
- Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
- Let cool before storing in the refrigerator.
Notes
- Use fresh cranberry juice for best results.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to three weeks.
- This jelly can also be used as a glaze for meats.
