Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cranberry juice
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 packet of fruit pectin
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine cranberry juice and sugar in a large pot.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Add fruit pectin and stir well.
  4. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
  6. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
  7. Let cool before storing in the refrigerator.
