Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar.
- Stir in vanilla and peppermint extracts until well mixed.
- Add crushed candy canes and chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
- Churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
