Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
  • 1 1/4 cups warm water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Black olives
  • Coarse sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet. Press your fingers into the dough to create dimples.
  7. Decorate with cherry tomatoes, rosemary, and olives.
  8. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let cool before slicing and serving.
