Ingredients

- 500g all-purpose flour
- 350ml warm water
- 10g instant yeast
- 10g salt
- 30ml olive oil
- Fresh rosemary
- Cherry tomatoes
- Olives
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt.
- Gradually add warm water and olive oil.
- Knead until smooth, then let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Shape the dough into a rectangle and place on a baking tray.
- Make dimples in the dough and top with rosemary, tomatoes, and olives.
- Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool before serving.
