Ingredients

- 1 cup warm water
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Cherry tomatoes
- Fresh rosemary
- Olives
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the dough on a baking sheet and dimple the surface with your fingers.
- Top with cherry tomatoes, rosemary, and olives.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add garlic or cheese on top.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
