- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, bell peppers, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over to create triangles and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
