Ingredients
- Mini puff pastry shells – 12 pieces

- Smoked salmon – 4 oz

- Salt – to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the mini puff pastry shells on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Remove pastry shells from the oven and let cool.
- Fill each shell with the cream cheese mixture.
- Top with smoked salmon, capers, and cherry tomato halves.
- Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
Notes
- Can substitute smoked salmon with cooked shrimp.
- Chill filled shells for 30 minutes for better flavor.
