- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, parsley, and garlic powder.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
