Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain and mash with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate pot, steam green beans until bright green, about 5 minutes.
- Heat cranberry sauce in a saucepan over low heat.
- Serve mashed potatoes, green beans, and cranberry sauce alongside your main dish.
- Drizzle gravy over the potatoes before serving.
