- 2 cups of green beans
- 1 cup of cranberry sauce
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Wash and trim the green beans.
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them with cream and butter.
- In a separate pan, sauté the green beans in olive oil, adding salt and pepper.
- In a baking dish, layer the mashed potatoes, green beans, and top with cranberry sauce and chopped pecans.
- Bake for 25 minutes until heated through and golden.
