- 1 whole turkey (14–16 lbs)
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup gravy
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup almond slivers
- 1 pumpkin pie
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the stuffing by mixing stuffing mix with chicken broth and melted butter.
- Stuff the turkey with the stuffing mixture.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with aluminum foil.
- Roast the turkey for 3-4 hours, removing the foil in the last hour for browning.
- Cook the green beans in boiling water for 5-7 minutes, then toss with almond slivers.
- Prepare mashed potatoes and gravy according to package instructions.
- Serve turkey with stuffing, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, green beans, and pumpkin pie.
Notes
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- You can substitute the turkey with ham if preferred.
- Adjust cooking time based on the weight of the turkey.
