Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in vanilla, sour cream, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  7. Pour filling over the crust in the pan.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set.
  9. Turn off the oven and let cheesecake cool with the door ajar for 1 hour.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
