A festive cheesecake perfect for Christmas celebrations.
Ingredients

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla, sour cream, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Pour filling over the crust in the pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set.
- Turn off the oven and let cheesecake cool with the door ajar for 1 hour.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for a smooth batter.
- Top with whipped cream or festive fruits if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
