This recipe makes easy Christmas candy that everyone will love.
Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Bring to a boil and cook until it reaches 250°F (hard ball stage).
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and nuts.
- Spread mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
- Once cooled, melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
- Let it set before cutting into pieces.

- Store in an airtight container.
