Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cream, and butter.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Continue boiling for 5 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and nuts.
- Pour mixture into a greased pan and let cool.
- Once cooled, cut into squares and drizzle with melted chocolate.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be made a week in advance.
- Feel free to add your favorite toppings.
