Instructions

  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  5. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  7. Fold in dried fruits and nuts.
  8. Add brandy and mix until combined.
  9. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  10. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Let cool before serving.
