- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crumbled pound cake, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the cake balls for about 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each cake ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Chill in the fridge until the chocolate sets.
