Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper.
- Form the beef into four patties.

- Add a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of grilling.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill.
- Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on the buns.
- Assemble the burger with the patty, cranberry sauce, and arugula.
