Instructions
- Toast the English muffins until golden brown.

- In the same skillet, crack the eggs and fry them sunny-side up.
- Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Layer each muffin half with bacon, an egg, cheese, and spinach.
- Top with the other half of the muffin and serve warm.
