- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add cheese, ham, bell peppers, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables of your choice.
- Serve with toast or fruit on the side.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
