Ingredients

- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, etc.)
- 1 loaf of bread
- 1 cup diced ham or cooked sausage
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add salt, pepper, cheese, vegetables, and meat to the mixture.
- Cut the bread into cubes and fold into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Can be prepared a day ahead and baked in the morning.
