Instructions
- In a bowl, warm the milk and dissolve the yeast.
- Add sugar, butter, and salt to the mixture.
- Mix in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Add flour gradually, mixing until dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Incorporate dried fruit and cinnamon into the dough.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased pan.
- Let the dough rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool before slicing and serving.
