A collection of Christmas appetizers and finger foods perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of chopped chives
- 1/4 cup of cocktail sauce
- 1 package of mini phyllo cups
- 1 cup of diced vegetables (bell peppers, cucumbers)
- 1 package of deli meats (salami, prosciutto)
- 1 cup of assorted cheeses (cheddar, brie)
- 1 jar of olives
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix cream cheese and chives in a bowl.
- Fill phyllo cups with cream cheese mixture.
- Add shrimp on top of the cream cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Arrange diced vegetables on a platter.
- Roll deli meats and place on the platter.
- Add assorted cheeses and olives for garnishing.
Notes
- Garnish with fresh herbs for added flavor.
- Prepare in advance and serve cold or warm.
