Ingredients

- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked chorizo
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook chorizo over medium heat until browned.
- Add onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour eggs into the skillet, stirring until fully cooked.
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
- Spoon the chorizo and egg mixture onto each tortilla.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and add salsa.
- Roll tortillas tightly to form burritos.
- Serve immediately.

- Feel free to add avocado or sour cream for extra flavor.
