- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g unsalted butter
- 4 large eggs
- 100g sugar
- 200ml heavy cream
- 150g fresh raspberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
- In another bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
- Add the raspberries and vanilla extract. Mix carefully.
- Pour the batter into a lined cake pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Let it cool.
- Serve chilled, garnished with more raspberries if desired.
