Description

Chocolate pecan turtle clusters are a sweet treat made with chocolate, pecans, and caramel.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel candies
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread pecan halves on a baking sheet and toast for 10 minutes.
  3. Melt caramel candies and butter in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of toasted pecans onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Pour melted caramel over each pecan cluster.
  6. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  7. Drizzle melted chocolate over the caramel and pecan clusters.
  8. Let clusters cool until set.
