Delicious chocolate peanut butter swirl muffins that are easy to make and perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat together sugars, peanut butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into muffin tins lined with paper cups.
- Add a dollop of peanut butter on top of each muffin and swirl with a toothpick.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
- Store muffins in an airtight container.
- These muffins freeze well for later use.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
