Delicious chocolate peanut butter swirl muffins that are easy to make and perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat together sugars, peanut butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into muffin tins lined with paper cups.
  7. Add a dollop of peanut butter on top of each muffin and swirl with a toothpick.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
