Description
This chocolate peanut butter poke cake is moist, rich, and filled with creamy peanut butter goodness.
Ingredients

- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Use a fork to poke holes all over the top of the cake.
- In a bowl, mix the peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the cake, filling the holes.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Spread whipped topping over the cake.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle crushed peanuts on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can substitute smooth peanut butter with crunchy if desired.
- For extra flavor, add a layer of chocolate chips on top before chilling.
