Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • Chocolate chips for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake cups.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla; mix well.
  6. Fold in whipped cream until combined.
  7. Spoon the mixture over the crusts in the cups.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until set.
  9. Cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  10. Garnish with chocolate chips before serving.
